I’m a big fan of Ali Hazelwood and loved all of her novels. Love Theoretically is my favorite! While Bride was different and added some paranormal flare to the mix 🪢 a bit out of my comfort zone, I still very much enjoyed it!

li, this sweet sweet man who falls for Rue SO HARD AS SOON AS HE MEETS HER (SWOOONNNN) wants to prove to Rue that he is willing to do ANYTHING just to be near her. Let her use his body, use his feelings, anything because he just has this NEED to be near her! I mean, what more could you want. 😌

Rue may come off as a ‘heartless’ person because she doesn’t like to show a lot of emotion, she doesn’t make friends easy, which I feel, and it takes her time to get used to wanting new people, including Eli, who likes to keep showing up, showing her how she could be treated.

Reading about Rue’s upbringing made me hurt so much, that girl deserves so so so much, especially a man who sees all her flaws and loves her for it because it makes her HER! Rue is unapologetically herself and people take the wrong way, but I like that about her. 🫂

Eli and Rue, truly build a genuine connection, yes their relationship may be a enemies WITH BENEFITS, and don’t get me wrong, they are HOT, but the deep and meaningful conversations they have, where they talk about things that have happened in the past, and instead of judging each other, they just accept it and move on, made me fall for them even more. Because everyone has flaws, imperfect pasts and complicated present lives, but they learn and grow together. 😩
