Who is considered the father of administrative management?

Henry Fayol is regarded as the father of administrative management. He was a great Greek philosopher. He was the first one who developed a comprehensive theory of management that became known as Fayolism. Fayol’s theory focused on the management of organizations as a whole, rather than just their individual parts, and emphasized the importance of a clear division of labor and the need for managers to plan, organize, command, coordinate, and control the various activities of their organizations.
